Blessing

If I had been givenoutstanding athletic ability,or artistic talent,a new kind of worry would have been born—

whether to pursue the fieldwhere that gift shines brightest,or to ignore it and follow what I simply love.

But in reality,I have no talent,and so I have no such worry.

I am free to pursue only what I love.

Not having been given those gifts—that, too, is a gift from god.
