If I could stop time

I would stop time, freeze everything in the world, and be the only one who could still move.

But without the flow of time, there is no vibration of sound—I would hear nothing.

Without the flow of time, there is no movement of light—I would see nothing.

Unsettled, I would undo my power at once.
