Pollen allergy

You are pollen.Born in a male flower, seeking the female.You set out on a journey to bloom.Yet, caught in my breath.

Trapped in a dark cavern.You never wished for a human host.I'm sorry for the intrusion.My nose is as troubled as you are.

Absorbed into my cells,you drift through my blood,living a life as a human.This isn't the future you sought;stay with me a while.

Do not fear.One day I will die and return to the earth.Microbes will break me down,turning me into soil.So that another you may bloom.
