Noise control law

I am sensitive to noise.It drains my energy.Please stop speaking so loudly.

Just like roads have speed limits,I wish every place had a volume limit:Libraries, 30 decibels.Subway cars, 50 decibels.

What if someone breaks the limit?Control robots will quiet them down.They will rush in with sirens—within the volume limit, of course.
